Founders 2.0 Conference Honoree Deepikha Nayyar Earns Global Recognition For Building Resilient Ventures Across Healthcare IT, Agritech, And Global Trade

Las Vegas, USA - June 3, 2026 — Most founders pick a lane. Deepikha Nayyar, Founder and CEO of ThriveOn Solutions LLC, kept finding the same problem in every industry she entered, the operational layer nobody wants to fix, and built a career out of fixing it. That work earned her the Entrepreneurial Excellence Award at the Founders 2.0 Conference and a feature in New York’s Times Square. The three-day conference, held April 7 to 9, 2026, at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, brought together founders and business leaders to explore the future of entrepreneurship and sustainable growth.

Across 16 years spanning international trade, real estate, and technology, Deepikha has built every venture around one principle she calls Structural Resilience: companies designed to endure uncertainty and perform under pressure, not simply to scale and sell.

Her path began where global trade meets government. With the Singapore Tourism Board and within the Commonwealth Government, she served as a strategic bridge for trade and investment, and represented UKTI in India. That early discipline, what she calls Diplomatic Rigor, embedded global compliance, policy fluency, and cross-border scalability into how she leads.

At Navami Constructions, she led the end-to-end delivery of $1.7M in bespoke residences, managing high-CAPEX exposure, complex stakeholder coordination, and precision execution. That infrastructure-grade discipline became the foundation for everything she built next.

As Founder and CEO of ThriveOn Solutions LLC, Deepikha turned a vetted talent intelligence model, built on Wharton-driven analytics, into a healthcare IT venture aimed at the operational friction that slows down patient care: the compliance load, the untrusted data, the delivery bottlenecks. The model earned multi-year contracts with organizations including Innova, Miraclesoft, and Method Hub, generated over $1M in revenue within three years, and was independently valued between $3M and $7M by Texas Business Valuation Group.

With Agrowfi, she took the same instinct into agriculture. The full-stack platform integrates soil health intelligence with direct marketplace access, helping farmers cut waste, improve profitability, and strengthen their communities. Two industries that look nothing alike, approached the same way: find the operational friction underneath, and turn it into an enterprise asset.

Her leadership is reinforced by a Wharton Data Analytics Certification, an MBA in Advanced Strategic Management, and WBENC, HUB, and MBE certifications. A sought-after voice on enterprise transformation, she joined a CXO panel on strategy in an AI-driven world and its impact on HR and hiring, has spoken in New York City on legal technology and digital transformation, and lectured in India on supply chain resiliency and startup leadership. She also built the ThriveOn Excellence Program and Agrowfi Generational Awareness Program to develop enterprise-ready talent and empower communities through education and predictive insight.

I didn’t set out to build companies. I set out to fix what was broken underneath them, and I wasn’t going to wait for permission. —Deepikha Nayyar
